From Nassau County North Shore:

Take Northern State Parkway East to Exit 36A South or LIE East to Exit 44 South, Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway (Rt. 135). Exit at 4E, Southern State Parkway East. Take Southern State to Exit 33 East, Rt. 109. Make an immediate right at the light onto New Highway. Cross over railroad tracks and make a right at the second light onto Albany Avenue. At the first stop sign, you will see the Motherhouse on your left. Make the first left after the stop sign into the main entrance.

From Eastern Suffolk County:

Find the best way to Southern State Parkway West. Get off at Exit 34, New Highway (next exit after Wellwood Avenue). At end of the exit ramp make a left onto New Highway and cross over Rt. 109. Cross over railroad tracks and make a right at the second light onto Albany Avenue. At the first stop sign, you will see the Motherhouse on your left. Make the first left after the stop sign into the main entrance.

Via Route 110 (Huntington/Melville area):

Take Route 110 South. Cross over Route 109. At the third light make a left onto Great Neck Road. (If you cross over Southern State Parkway you’ve gone too far). At the third light make a left onto Albany Avenue (Tutor Time and Citibank on the left far corner). The Motherhouse is about a half mile on your right-hand side. Make a right into the main entrance.
